In addition, CSE offers substantial Yoga and Pilates facilities, as well as tuition in various martial arts. Swimming and tennis are available on site. Prior to entering COMO Shambhala Estate, guests are encouraged to communicate directly with the property (they provide a pre-arrival questionnaire) so that the right Personal Program may be developed for each individual. A fixed CSE Activities Schedule operates daily with group activities that might include morning Yoga, Pilates, Tai'Chi, morning walks, guided hikes, meditation, cooking demonstrations and specialist Learning Seminars. Personal Programs complement the CSE Activities Schedule and focus on particular activities; therapies and nutritional requirements to help everybody reach his or her individual goals, from get fit to detoxification.
