rThe mosque built by Maulana Yusuf, at 1566. Maulana Yusuf is a son of Sultan Hasanuddin. Beside as a place to pray, other function of this mosque is as an Islamic museum. In this museum we can see the king’s sunshade usually wearing in the past time as glorious symbol. There are also other many historical things, like hand writing Al-quran, creeses, javelins, gong, drums and “DEBUS” traditional music instrument made from timber.
On the front yard of the mosque, lies in seven Sultans and their wives cemeteries. Nearly from this location, there is a piece of sacred stone named “Sing Yakso” usually used on the religion ceremonial.
