Wasur National Park

Wasur National Park, with is cover 412,384 Ha, located 15 kilometers from Merauke town. The area are flat and dominate by savanna, mangrove forest, marshes, an unpenetrable bamboo forest. It has various kinds of flora and fauna. There are 74 kinds of mammals and 410 species of birds, many of them migration warders. The object offer interesting natural activity for tourist such as birds watching, traditional hunting, and fishing. It is easy accessible by motor vehicles from Marauke.
